About Tampa Bay on Track
Tampa Bay on Track is the transportation initiative of the Tampa Bay Partnership. We recognize infrastructure as one of the key drivers of regional prosperity. Our community's infrastructure determines how efficiently and effectively goods, people, and information move within and across our region. These choices can also improve air quality, conserve land and natural resources, and reduce consumption of gas and electricity. This is especially true when it comes to transit and transportation, which is why "A Transportation Strategy to Support Regional Transit" has been one of our key focus areas for many years.
Tampa Bay on Track is an inclusive effort focused on sharing information about the role of transportation in our community, engaging residents from throughout the eight-county Tampa Bay region, and serving as a resource for the latest transportation news and research. We advocate for transit and transportation solutions that address our community’s needs, enhance our economic competitiveness and quality of life, and are consistent with the TBARTA Master Plan.

About the Tampa Bay Partnership
The Tampa Bay Partnership is the regional organization that works with its partners to market the region nationally and internationally, to conduct regional research and to coordinate efforts to influence business and government issues that impact economic growth and development. We are a non-profit organization supported by the financial commitments of more than 175 private and public organizations. These organizations and their leadership are committed to moving forward on a regional agenda and promoting the region as a destination for business relocation and expansion.
Prosperity through productive, inclusive, and sustainable growth is the desired outcome for Tampa Bay's future. The Tampa Bay Partnership believes that achieving this model for prosperity and growth requires our region to strategically invest in the institutions, people, and programs that produce those outcomes. The four drivers for success include innovation, human capital, infrastructure, and quality places.
Through a collaborative process with our leadership, investors, and stakeholders, we have identified four priority areas for us to focus our forward efforts toward creating the model for prosperity and building on the advantages of our region in a global economy.
Focus I. A Vision for Regional Prosperity
Focus II. A Blueprint for Economic Development
Focus III. A Transportation Strategy to Support Regional Transit
Focus IV. A Broader Advocacy and Leadership Model
Tampa Bay on Track was developed in support of Focus III.
